Welcome to SikaSpec, the fast simple and efficient way to produce Sika-Trocal single ply roofing, basement waterproofing and facade joint sealing specifications.

SikaSpec provides three easy ways to create bespoke specifications. Roofing, Basement Waterproofing and Facade Joint Sealing. At the end of the process you will receive an electronic Sika specification and NBS document as a pdf. Once registered all specifications will be saved in your own account enabling you to repeatedly access and modify specifications as often as you require.

Through 8 simple steps SikaSpec enables you to specify each element of the roof construction through a step by step process.
